Nourishing Yoga for Women
These empowering sessions will include postures, breathwork, mindfulness and meditation techniques and close with a relaxation or Nidra – the perfect class to build mobility and strength in the body and peace in the mind. This class is suitable for absolute beginners.

Yoga for Perimenopause Menopause and Beyond

Learn about what causes the physical and emotional changes that we can experience as we transition through perimenopause and beyond. I will share tools and techniques that can help to manage the symptoms that can arise including anxiety, insomnia, rage, hot flushes and fatigue. The session will include a mindful posture practice, pranayama/breathing techniques, meditation, mudra, mantra, relaxation and yoga nidra, it is suitable for absolute beginners, and does not require the body of a gymnast! If you would like to gain greater knowledge and understanding and to feel empowered with practical tools that you can practice ‘off the mat’ then this workshop will be perfect for you.
